About the Role
This newly created Executive Assistant Role will support the Executive General Manager, Service Delivery. You will play a critical role being responsible for the provision of high-level, confidential, efficient, and professional executive support to the EGM, Service Delivery.
Working with agility and influence, you will manage complex and sensitive matters with discretion, innovation, and an unwavering commitment to delivering value to SSI and its stakeholders.
About You
You will have a demonstrated track record in Executive Assistant roles across commercial, NFP or government organisations. You will have a passion for detail, organisation skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Skills and Experiences
- Demonstrated experience in partnering with a senior leader to ensure all needs are anticipated and met.
- Previous experience in providing support to Senior Management, or Executive Team
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to take ownership and accountability for deliverables.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate, plan proactively and streamline processes.
- Meticulous attention to detail and high-level problem-solving skills
- Proven high-level interpersonal skills with the ability to consult, liaise and negotiate effectively with multiple stakeholders in a diverse environment.
- The ability to adapt quickly to changing internal and external organisational environment and translate this into appropriate actions and responses.
- Technology and Digital proficiency including using MS office.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- A highly resourceful team-player, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, while remaining flexible, proactive, and efficient.
