About Role
The Executive and Project Support Officer will support the OCEO in driving key events and strategic initiatives such as Senior Leaders Forum, Spotlight events, Executive Team Building Days and other small activation projects. They will also support the Executive Assistant with planning, coordination and execution of administration activities for the OCEO ensuring adherence to established guidelines and procedures. Success in this role will ultimately be measured by improved project success, business alignment, prioritisation and value to help SSI positively increase its community impact.
About You
You will have a demonstrated track record and a passion for detail, organisation skills and enabling positive outcomes. You maybe someone with a background in PA, EA or Project roles.
Key Skills and Attributes
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Proficiency in using office productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of program evaluation and data analysis is a plus
Familiarity with project management principles and tools is an asset
- A highly resourceful team-player, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, while remaining flexible, proactive, and efficient
