About the role

An opportunity exists for an experienced and driven Hotel Services Manager to lead and manage our Hotel Services department on a full-time basis. You will be responsible for driving the success of our Ashfield facility, and ensuring a high standard of hotel services and maintenance is consistently provided to all consumers, residents, relatives and staff.

Key Responsibilities

Direct and coordinate the duties and responsibilities of all maintenance services staff, Executive Chef, Cleaning and Laundry teams.
Develop and deliver a preventative maintenance program to ensure all required and legislated timeframes are met.
Ensure that RACF cleaning is delivered in line with the RACF requirements and meets infection control and cleaning standards.
Ensure all hotel services staff’s education and training are up to date and meet standards and requirements.
Maintain updated knowledge and understanding of the relevant legislation relating to aged care requirements and documentation in relation to building, maintenance and safety.

Essential Qualifications and Experience

Demonstrated experience in building and facility management and/or Hotel Services delivery.
Proven experience managing a diverse team and delivering services to internal stakeholders.
Experience in assisting with the preparation of budgets.
Qualifications in Trade, business or hospitality.
Demonstrated experience working within the aged care or community sector (desirable).
