Every day, we serve thousands through free meals, healthcare, social support, and education programs, restoring dignity and creating real change in our community. **THE ROLE** We’re searching for a passionate and strategic Fundraising Manager to join our mission-driven team full-time. In this pivotal role, you’ll inspire generosity, strengthen donor relationships, and deliver creative fundraising campaigns that directly support people in need. This is your chance to use your skills and heart to make a tangible difference, every single day. **WHAT YOU’LL DO** Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, you will: - Develop and deliver multi-channel fundraising strategies to attract, engage, and retain donors. - Plan, manage, and evaluate direct mail and digital fundraising campaigns. - Lead and grow our regular giving and bequest programs. - Build and nurture meaningful relationships with donors and supporters, keeping them connected to their impact. - Collaborate across teams and with external partners to deliver high-quality, on-time campaigns. - Analyse results and use insights to refine strategies, monitor KPIs, and report on outcomes. - Maintain data integrity and donor information in Salesforce CRM. **WHAT WE"RE LOOKING FOR** You’re an energetic, relationship-driven fundraising professional who loves turning ideas into impact. You’ll bring: - Tertiary qualifications in communications, marketing, fundraising, or related discipline (or equivalent experience). - 5+ years’ experience in fundraising with proven success in direct mail, digital, and donor retention campaigns. - Experience with regular giving and/or bequests (highly desirable). - Exceptional communication and copywriting skills, with a warm, donor-centric tone. - Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns with confidence. - Data-driven mindset with experience in CRM systems (ideally Salesforce). - A creative, proactive, and results-focused approach. **WHY JOIN US?** At The Rev.
