After a successful year of operating Melbourne's largest bus network with over 50 routes and 540 buses, we have proven that delivering safe, clean and reliable bus services to our customers is what Kinetic prides itself on. Our **Fleet Services** team plays an important part in making this a reality by performing top quality services and maintenance on a regular basis which keeps our fleet in optimum condition.

As our growth continues at a rapid pace, we are seeking a **Workshop Manager** to lead a team of Workshop Supervisors, Mechanics, Auto Electricians, Trades Assistants and Apprentices based at our flagship **North Fitzroy** depot. This is a hands-on role that's accountable for the day-to-day management of the workshop operations with the priority of keeping the team motivated and engaged to produce the best work quality whilst driving continuous improvement of all work practices.

- Certificate III in Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanical Technology (or equivalent qualification)
- Minimum Medium Rigid (MR) licence.
- Proven ability in managing workshop staff as well as influencing and creating a positive work culture.
- Strong computer literacy with MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) with the ability to learn our in-house systems.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with a diverse workforce.
- Excellent planning and organisational skills with the ability to perform under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
