Panel Shop Estimator/ Workshop Controller (Audanet Experience Required)

Busy panel shop located in South Tweed Heads NSW/ Far North Coast, are searching for a full time in house, experienced Automotive Estimator / Workshop Controller to join our busy panel shop.

You will know your way around iBodyshop with Audanet experience and be able to translate complex repairs into clear, accurate, and timely quotes.

If you're passionate about detail, thrive on problem-solving, and love turning customer stress into confidence, this is the role for you.

Required skills, education, qualifications, and experience:

· Must have automotive estimator experience

· Prepare accurate, timely repair estimates using iBodyshop and Audanet

(experience essential)

· Have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy

· Create supplementary quotes and account for all unseen damage during repairs

· Strong organizational skills

· Strong knowledge of the smash repair / panel beating industry

· Ability to work in a fast-paced workshop environment

· Excellent communication and customer service skills -

Liaise with customers and insurers, explaining repairs in a clear, professional manner.

· Work closely with the workshop team to align repair scopes and timelines.

· Manage working relationships with all insurers, assessors and their support staff

· Assist with booking in jobs once authorised
