At the Victory Organisation Group, we have been selling and servicing vehicles for over 19 years, located in Tweed Heads South, we service both Southeast Queensland region and Northern Rivers, New South Wales.

We are an expanding family run business with a tradition of excellence and superior customer service. This is a prime opportunity to come and work with brands that are in demand and due to the high demands of our new product line up and continued growth within our area, we are looking for the ideal candidate to grow our Service Team. This is an exciting opportunity for you to join a family-owned automotive Dealership:

What we are looking for:

  • High level of experience in the service area of a busy motor vehicle dealership within the automotive industry.
  • High level of knowledge and ability in the area of service-based employee supervision within the automotive industry
  • Relevant service-based qualifications regarding all motor vehicle brands associated with dealership management
  • Strong leadership skills demonstrated by positive attitude & drive
  • Automotive trade qualification preferred
  • Understanding of how this role directly impact customer service results
  • Experience in Service Department KPIs
  • Great time management skills
  • Current Manual Drivers Licence

What the role entails:

  • Leading a team of qualified Technicians and Apprentices to optimise service delivery for our customers.
  • Ensuring all work is carried out to meet manufacturer benchmarks (fix it right first time)
  • Ensuring a safe work environment is regularly maintained.
  • Assisting in setting and obtaining service sales & profit objectives.
  • Controlling workshop activity to ensure profitability is maximised.
