Seeking a Full Time Motorcycle Service Advisor

Honda's newly appointed motorcycle dealership servicing all of Melbourne and greater Melbourne have a unique opportunity for a Full-time (5 days p/wk) Motorcycle Service Advisor to join their Service Department.

The successful applicant will be responsible for supporting our Service Manager with our busy workshop. Specific duties include booking customer services, making job cards, communicating effectively with customers on their service and maintenance needs, relaying service bill to customers, up selling, sourcing and ordering parts, reading parts diagrams and bringing invoices into stock.

On a personal level, you must be a good communicator, have a CAN DO attitude and be reliable and on time. Previous retail experience will be looked on favourably.

This position is Full-time, 5 days per week with 4 weeks annual leave and 2 weeks personal leave..
Hours of Business Operation
Mon - Fri - 8.50am to 5.30pm
Sat 8.50am - 3.00pm (Only required to fill in when a staff member is away, or in rotation, day off given in lieu)
Closed Public Holidays

Location - Fitzroy North (primary location)

Required licence or certification:

- Drivers Licence and Motorcycle (preferred)
- Victorian Police Check
