**The Role**

Your fit within the role will depend on your proven experience as a Customer Service Consultant with key responsibilities including:
- Proactively calling customers and provide information about services.
- Assist with the booking and scheduling of appointments and meetings.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with service level agreements.
- Being a point of contact for a range of staff and external stakeholders
- Respond to customer concerns or complaints for all customer accounts.
- Regularly update and oversee the company databases to ensure accuracy of customer information.
- Assist other administration staff preparing, scanning, and managing patient files and records.
**About you**
To be successful in this position you should have a minimum of 1 year experience in Customer Service, outstanding communication skills across various levels, strong organizational abilities, and a robust work ethic within a team to excel in this dynamic environment. Sales experience and familiarity with medical terminology is desirable but not essential.
