Hays technology is currently partnered with a large financial services organisation located in Brisbane CBD. We are seeking to engage an experienced Scrum Master / Delivery Consultant who has experience working across HR and payroll System projects for an initial 6 month contract with potential to extend

**Your new role**
In this role you will be engaged as a Project Lead / Delivery Consultant working across a large HR system project

Key responsibilities:

- Taking ownership of ensuring all activities for ‘business & customer value’ have been explored, documented and scrutinised prior to submission to relevant forums
- Identify alternative courses of action within the project to achieve operational goals and objectives
- Develop and implement effective change management plans and processes
- Working collaboratively with stakeholders to facilitate and positively influence strategy, business requirements and solution development
- Supporting the business stakeholders in identification of business benefit and value, tangible and intangible, for initiatives raised
- Participating in the development of design documents, design reviews and analysis of functional changes to systems.

**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful in this role you will need the following:

- Project Management qualifications (Agile, Prince2, PMBOK)
- Extensive experience as a Project Manager with experience delivering HR / Payroll projects
- Previous experience in leading Agile transformation and leading through change
- Demonstrated experience in vendor management with large single year projects/programs ($5m - $15m
- Experience with project management frameworks and tools (Jira, Confluence, PPM etc)
- Advanced problem solving, customer-oriented design, business research and analytical skills
- Experience working on complex projects and programs of work including multiple integrated systems and across functions
- Experience in large-scale automation and process excellence programs
- Experience with Oracle / PeopleSoft systems would be highly desirable
