This industry-leading company based in Brisbane CBD are looking to recruit a Claims Consultant to join their Lifestyle & Leisure team. As a Claims Consultant you will be the first point of contact for new and existing customers. Your role will be to assist these customers over the phone and keep them up to date on the claims process from start to finish.

**Your new role**

You will be an experienced Claims Consultant working in a fast paced, customer focused environment and will enjoy working with people. The primary purpose of the Claims Consultant role is to lodge and manage end to end motorhome, trailer, and boat claims.
Other daily activities will include:

- Manage end to end claims in accordance with service level targets
- Liaise with all relevant parties, while providing regular updates on the progress of claims
- Manage the estimation, settlements, and payment of claims
- Arrange towing/replacement vehicles when required
- Perform coverage evaluation, investigation and collate relevant documentation
- Provide exceptional customer service and build relationships with all stakeholders.

**What you'll need to succeed**

- Proven experience in a customer-facing or call-centre role (essential)
- Previous experience in processing claims (desirable)
- Well-developed interpersonal skills, and a clear and professional communicator
- Ability to build rapport and establish relationships
- Displays a drive for results and are outcome focused
- Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively.
