This leading Insurance company is looking for an experienced Customer Relations Consultant to join their Triage team in inner-Brisbane. You will work on the frontline and closely with the company's DIA Customer Experience and Marketing team to conduit between customers and other the relevant areas that will manage complaints to a resolution. **Your new role**
- Evaluate customer needs, assist with the next steps and direct to the relevant stakeholder or teams who will determine the appropriate customer outcome
- Proactively identifying customer irritants and/or process deficiencies, and recording and escalating these where applicable
- Compiling evidence from the customer and third parties, and reporting relevant information to claims consultants and other areas within the business
- Manage complex matters confidently and calmly.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Knowledge of Insurance and Claims or Sales processes
- Resilient, display empathy and able to communicate with vulnerable
- Effective and efficient decision-making and time management skills with the ability to work unsupervised and under pressure
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail while performing several tasks simultaneously
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships with customers, and internal and external stakeholders
- Strong computer/multiple systems literacy is essential
- Flexibility, a positive attitude and ready for anything
- Previous exposure to Complaints and Dispute Resolution would be an advantage.
