HR Generalist | Federal Government | Sydney CBD | 6 months + | $50-58ph + Super

**Your new company**
Your new company is a newly established division of a Federal Government agency. They play a key role in supporting the governance and operation of the main agency.

**Your new role**
As a HR Generalist you'll be working in the Planning and Performance section which is a small team that assists the organisation in organising its activities and ensuring they align with the government, ministerial and departmental priorities and operational strategies.

**Responsibilities**:

- supporting line areas with recruitment, people management and accommodation needs
- assisting with the delivery of key work such as Training and Development, Employee Census Action Plan and other projects as they arise
- ad hoc HR Generalist administration and project support
- assisting with drafting documentation such as reports, instructions and guidelines
- providing advice and support to stakeholders on a range of corporate matters

**What you'll need to succeed**
- HR Generalist experience for a large, complex organisation
- experience providing assistance with recruitment processes
- well-developed written and interpersonal communication skills
- good organisation skills and experience working in a dynamic environment
- knowledge of Commonwealth Government frameworks, operations, processes and systems

**What you'll get in return**
- 6 months temp role, with possibility to extend for another 6 months
- hybrid role in Sydney CBD
- Hourly rate $50-58ph + Super
