HR Manager required for a 3-month contract based in Sydney CBD

**Your new company**

You will be working for a state government organisation who operate across the commercial landscape. Reporting to the CEO you will be responsible for end-to-end HR. In this 3-month contract, you will be paid an attractive hourly rate of $70-$80p/h + super.

**Your new role**
- Act as advisor to the Executive Team on all employee related matters including development and implement of HR strategy, frameworks and policies and programs
- Interpret legislative and governance frameworks and provide advice on employee relations matters, ensuring effective resolution with mínimal risk to the organisation
- Lead the development and ongoing improvement of the organisation’s WHS management system, programs and processes
- Lead and manage end to end talent acquisition
- Manage the organisation’s outsourced payroll function
- Implement, monitor and report on HR operational activities
- Manage the development, implementation, review, analysis and reporting on HR activities, including policies, procedures, programs, and processes.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Degree in Human Resources and current experience in a similar capacity
- Broad generalist experience including Workforce Planning, Industrial Relations, WHS Management, Performance Development and Employee Engagement and Remuneration
