**HR Generalist / Office Admin - Part Time**
Our client provides comprehensive, professional and integrated services in the real estate industry.
They are looking for an energetic, highly motivated, reliable individual to join their Team. This role is a great opportunity for a well organised, focused and driven individual who has exceptional organisation skills and likes working on various tasks.
This is a Part Time Opportunity, 2-3 days per week.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee all administrative duties in headquarter office and ensure that office is operating smoothly.
- Manage complete recruitment cycle from gap analysis, selection, interviews, offers and delivery of feedback.
- Support onboarding and introductions of new joiners and supporting the monitoring process throughout the probationary period.
- Deliver generalist HR support and advice for overall employee excellence.
- Provide support to set up HR policies, processes and procedures and ensure all the H.R. initiative and practices adhere to relevant legislation and best practice models.
- Assisting in identifying needs, skills gaps and skill requirements as well as facilitating training sessions for managers as required.
- Manage and enhance our employee recognition and wellbeing practices to ensure we celebrate our milestones and achievements.
- Implement employee development strategy and succession planning based on current and future business needs
- Manage HR programs such as performance and salary reviews, talent and succession planning.
**Skills & Requirements**:
- Real estate industry background or knowledge desirable but not essential.
- Demonstrated experience in project management and the ability to work with a fast-paced dynamic team is vital to the success in this role.
- Ability to effectively prioritise and remain calm under pressure.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
- Advanced user in Microsoft office.
- Bi-language skill (English/Mandarin) is a plus.
