With great visions and big plans, this cannot happen without people who are enthused, motivated and committed. It takes talented people to build such a leading team and as such, our client is looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join their small HR team.

**About the Role**

This newly created HR Generalist role reports into the GM of People and Culture and will see you getting involved in all aspects of HR and requires someone who is not precious about what they do.

This is a hands-on role that is generalist by nature with specific responsibilities including such things as partnering with and coaching line managers to solve daily HR problems, employee relations, L&D, performance management, recruitment, change management and culture development. There are lots of different projects which you will be getting involved in as well as the day to day HR responsibilities.

**About You**

We are looking for someone who is mid-career and has some solid HR generalist experience behind them.

Tertiary qualified, you will ideally have experience working in an organisation that has a strong “internal client” service delivery culture. In addition, you must be able to develop credible business relationships and demonstrate an effective coaching and influencing ability.

A keen customer focus and goal orientation will complement your proactive, common-sense approach and ‘can do’ attitude. A sense of humour is a must

**Please note** this Organisation does have a requirement for everyone to be onsite 5 days a week in their new offices in Sydney CBD close to Wynyard station.
