**The Company**

Our client is a highly regarded company in the media industry who is seeking a HR Manager to join the Sydney team. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter to grow their career within a company that offers work flexibility.

**The Role**

As an HR Generalist, you will be the go-to contact in the office and be responsible for the following:

- Act as the key point of contact for building management, cleaners, trades people and contractors.
- Office expenditure and budgets.
- Organise company events, awards and activities.
- Ensure that health and safety policies procedures are up to date and align with HR.
- Assist with the performance and development process, talent review, performance management plans and employee benefits programs.

**Your Skills and Experience**
- 1 year minimum of experience in a similar role.
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Compassionate, patient and caring nature.
- High level of organisational skills.

**About You**

To be successful in this role, you will be someone who has very strong HR experience and is passionate about building relationships with others. You will also be an exceptional communicator on all levels, possess excellent organisational skills and have a strong work ethic which will allow you to thrive working in this fast-paced environment.
