Accounts Assistant

In this role, you will support the Accounting and Commercial functions of the business. You will also provide ad hoc support to the Senior Finance
**Accounts Receivable**
- Create New Clients
- Process client billing and generating invoices to clients service team
- Assisting in the efficient and effective collection from client
- Input collection received payment
- Update the A/R Aged report in Google doc
- Follow up the client payment with sales client service team
- Performing Daily bank reconciliation check
- Prepare weekly bank reconciliation submission to UK HQ
- Prepare the weekly Cashflow
**Account Payable**
- Create New Vendors
- Entering of supplier and subcontractor invoice
- Ensure the proper and timely booking of all payments and employee expenses and keep financial records updated and accurate
- Prepare weekly payment listing for submission to UK HQ
- Prepare and process weekly supplier payment
- Perform reconciliations including supplier statement reconciliations
- Processing of employee reimbursements expense claim
- Attend queries related supplier invoices
- Provide ad-hoc assistance to Finance Manager as required
- Assist Finance Manager to prepare year end audit
**Skills required**:
- 2-3 years accounting experience
- Sound accounting knowledge (Good with numbers)
- Strong attention to detail
- Proactive, high integrity and a team player
- Solutions orientated with the ability to make timely decisions
- Good communicator - to external stakeholders and the team
