Accounts Receivable Administration Assistant
- $35 per hour + Super

**About the Organisation**:
This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a small, friendly, collaborative team, joining the Not for Profit national peak member organisation representing educational professionals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Accounts receivable invoicing to referrers and insurance partners
- Accounts payable support to the Accounts Manager
- Assist with managing end-to-end AR/AP
- Reconciliation of credit cards and bank accounts
- Month end statement reconciliation & payment of trade accounts
- Ensure weekly reports and stationery orders are completed
- Managing incoming calls and queries
- Preparation of various reports for management when required

**About You**:

- An accounts all-rounder with advanced data entry skills
- Demonstrated experience in AR/AP
- Ability to work autonomously & be a team player
- Multitasker with a high attention to detail
- Experience with Xero, Microsoft Office and Outlook 365
- Great work ethic
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- High ethical and confidentiality standards
- **Ability to start immediately**
