Elevo Care is a registered NDIS Service Provider with a team of highly trained and empathetic staff members ready to support our clients and their loved ones. We provide a range of short and long term supports, including Supported Independent Living (SIL) and overnight support, Support Coordination and Plan Management.
The Role:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated individual to join our team in a hybrid role as an Operations Coordinator, primarily working from home with occasional house visits required.
Our team supports NDIS participants in their own homes or supported independent living environments, focusing on maintaining their dignity and providing quality care.
- Manage strong relationships with participants and disability support workers.
- Ensure in-home support services meet exceptionally high standards.
- Develop core rosters and maintain daily rostering in line with participant and
staff availability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with participants, support networks, and
Elevo Care staff.
- Work closely with the Operations Manager to onboard new participants and
staff effectively.
- Ensure compliance with NDIS standards and audits.

Your commitment to quality service enables our valued participants to live safely and independently in their own home.
- 2+ years of relevant experience and qualifications in the disability sector, including in
- home support, SIL/SDA/STA, rostering, and / or activity planning.
- A proven track record of taking ownership and delivering results.
- Modern leadership skills that are collaborative, accountable, and client-focused.
- Demonstrated compassion, empathy, and a client-centred approach.
- Experience in providing timely responses and handling feedback and complaints in
collaboration with the Operations Manager.
- Recruitment experience and the ability to mentor support workers providing in-home
and community access services to NDIS clients.
