**Role Overview**:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Coordinator to oversee daily operations and ensure efficiency within our organisation. Your role will involve coordinating logistics, managing schedules, optimising processes, and supporting various operational activities. This position requires strong organisational skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate daily operational activities and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Monitor and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Manage inventory levels and track stock movements.
- Schedule and oversee maintenance, repairs, and installations.
- Prepare and maintain operational reports and documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project implementation and execution.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting for operational expenses.
- Resolve operational issues and address concerns in a timely manner.
- Implement and maintain safety and quality standards.
- Uphold a positive and productive work environment.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Operations Coordinator, Operations Manager, or similar role.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and operational management software (e.g., ERP systems).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Diploma or degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Australian native; must have the right to work in Australia (the company does not offer visa sponsorship).
