- The hours working for this role are between 6am to 9:00pm Monday to Sunday. You must have the availability to work a rotating roster with a mix of day and evening shifts, as well as three weekends out of four (both Saturday and Sunday).
**About this work area**As Fulfilment Operations Coordinator your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Supervising the daily operations of the Fulfilment team to secure efficient and safe goods flow processes, including securing a safe environment for customers and co-workers.
- Ensuring that every customer has a consistent and excellent shopping experience by motivating the team to provide the highest goods availability through timely executions.
- Providing feedback on team performance, and analysing and providing effective solutions where needed, to optimise commerciality and secure excellence in operations.
- Contributing to the implementation of the unit business plan and other action plans including the implementation of the global and national sustainability strategies.
As a Fulfilment Operations Coordinator you are/have:
- An interest in home furnishings and inspired by the IKEA values and culture.
- Experience in planning, leading, and improving daily operations.
- Acting as an ambassador for understanding customer needs and meeting their expectations.
- Enthusiastic about teamwork and motivating people.
- Highly organised, with the ability to work in a structured way with speed
- and simplicity.
- A strong advocate for a safe working environment, leading with your actions.
- Excellent communication skills, being able to collaborate with stakeholders at different levels.
- Proficient computer skills and an ability to learn relevant IKEA IT systems, solutions, and tools.
