About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and proactive professional to contribute to the seamless operation of our marketing efforts. As a
Campaign Advertising & Administration Coordinator
, you will work closely with a
high-performing
sales team, ensuring that both
administrative
tasks and
marketing campaigns
are executed flawlessly. You will be at the core of our operations, helping to
drive the success
of our premium property portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Management
- Manage all correspondence and internal/external communications
- Screen and delegate calls, emails, and enquiries to ensure seamless coordination
- Maintain up-to-date listing folders, calendars, and schedules
- Monitor team performance, delegate workloads, and ensure operational accuracy
- Host weekly team meetings and prepare comprehensive agendas
- Organise team events and end-of-year functions
- Assist with personal and out-of-office tasks as required
Campaign Management
- Coordinate all campaign advertising, marketing, and property listings from end to end
- Collaborate with vendors to proof and finalise campaign marketing materials
- Liaise with vendors, solicitors, and buyers for a seamless transaction process
- Manage inspection, auction, and campaign meeting calendars
- Provide support and mentoring for other administrators involved in campaign management
Key Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- Demonstrated experience with real estate systems and procedures
- Outstanding time management, organisational, and prioritisation skills
- Proactive approach with high attention to detail and strong initiative
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a strong work ethic
- Passion for real estate with excellent accuracy in both detail and grammar
- Current driver's license for occasional out-of-office duties
- 1-2 years experience in a similar position
