We are currently seeking experienced, motivated and passionate candidates to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis as Operations Centre Coordinators within our Retail Security division.

Key Responsibilities:
As an Operations Centre Coordinator, you will be at the forefront of real-time security operations, ensuring the security of retail stores and assets. Your key responsibilities include:
- CCTV Operations: Utilise multiple camera feeds across store locations to support theft prevention and store safety
- Alert Triage & Response: Respond to and triage all loss prevention technology alerts, prioritising response based on threat level and evidence quality
- Direct Collaboration with On-site Security: Work closely with in-store Retail Security team members, providing immediate, actionable intelligence and response strategies through radio communication systems
- Real-Time Incident Response: Respond quickly to security alerts, escalate incidents when necessary, and communicate effectively with security and store management to resolve issues
- Database Management: Maintain accurate security data for reporting and analysis purposes, supporting trend identification and operational insights
- Documentation & Reporting: Complete Auror reports for theft incidents and preventions; accurately document all incidents with detailed reports for follow-up actions
- Multi-Agency Coordination: Report incidents to police or centre security when required, coordinating multi-agency responses
Skills & Experience:
- Experience in a Security Operations Centre, Retail Security or similar security-focused role
- Current Victorian Security Licence
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Current National Police Check (not older than 6 months)
- Knowledge and understanding of CCTV and camera systems
- Ability to quickly assess and respond to situations in real time
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with retail security personnel and external agencies
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with security reporting systems (Auror experience highly regarded)
- Strong computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
