With 53 offices operating in 43 countries worldwide and over 7,000 employees globally. **Your new opportunity** As an Operations Coordinator you will work with our client - Samsung Electronics Australia Pty Ltd. to help manage all administrative tasks to ensure the Retail Field team are enabled to perform their duties by effectively communicating with the Retail Field team and relevant stakeholders, manage expenses to budget and proactively suggesting improvements. **Your new role** - Coordinate a communications calendar and share with the relevant team members and key stakeholders within the business on a regular basis - Write and update appropriate communications solutions for target audiences - Support the administrative tasks associated with the on-boarding and departure of field team employees - Manage and prepare expenses and follow up on claims - Assist with flights/travel bookings - Manage and develop content and promote the IM Retail Enhancement Platform (Intranet R.E.P) - Assist in planning and implementation of national events such as team conferences - Translate analysis and insights into a plan and actions - Assist in management of bespoke national lead programs such as promoters **What you'll need to succeed** - Preferred 2 years’ experience in planning, organising, presenting and reporting - Diploma or tertiary qualification in business administration, retail or related field is an advantage - Must be extremely organised and articulate with an ability to coordinate all aspects of planning and executing the agreed events - Ability to communicate effectively clearly in a logical manner - Strong interpersonal skills are imperative as relationship building and management are high priorities - Excellent time management skills and the ability to work under pressure - Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a team environment **What's in it for you?** - Attractive salary package and attractive commission scheme - Provided with best in class training and development - Opportunity to work with a global, industry leader - Positive and Proactive Team Environment - Career advancement opportunities **How you can join our team** To be considered for this great opportunity, simply "Apply" NOW.
