As an Account Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in Coordinating bookings for major sports partners and repeat clients across our world-class State Sport Centre venues. Reporting to the Senior Account Manager, you’ll be the go-to person for coordinating events & booking requirements, client support, and administrative excellence.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Support Events & Bookings Account managers - Manage venue availability, coordinate bookings, and create event prep documents for Internal and External stakeholders
- Ensure Seamless Execution - Develop checklists, confirm bookings, and assist in events and bookings operational requirements
- Engage with Key Stakeholders - Communicate with clients, suppliers, contractors, and sports organisations
- Provide Administrative & Financial Support - Generate invoices, oversee payments, and maintain records
- Assist with Major Functions and Conferences - Support award nights, gala events, and other high-profile occasions

**Required skills and Qualifications**:

- Victorian Working with Children’s check
- Experience in event coordination, bookings, or venue management is a plus
