We are active in over 125 markets and employ 11,000 people worldwide. Our retail business, **bloom Hearing Specialists** is a key part of our footprint in Australia and New Zealand, with an uncompromising approach to innovation and customer care.

**The role**

In this **newly created position**, we are looking for a passionate and results driven Head of Retail Operations to oversee the daily operations of our retail businesses in Australia and New Zealand whilst also being a key contributor in the implementation of globally significant transformation projects.

You will lead the teams who are responsible for retail operations, the retail property portfolio, appointment management and customer contact. Reporting to the Managing Director you will work very closely with the executive team and broader retail network stakeholders to strengthen and expand the business.

You will play a critical role to ensure the ongoing success of the existing property portfolio, EH&S agenda, contact centre and work in direct collaboration with sales and marketing to deliver strategies for strong operational performance.

**Ideal Profile**

We are looking for an engaging retail professional with influencing skills and an ability to gain buy-in from a broad range of different stakeholders. Along with your proven project management experience, you will embrace the WS Audiology values in all aspects of your position and be rewarded by making a profound difference to our customer’s lives.

To ensure your success you’ll be degree qualified with experience working in mid-size organisation with multi-site retail management experience.

**We are looking for an individual that has delivered the following**:

- Demonstrated multi-site leadership experience to foster and develop a customer first culture.
- Call centre leadership experience along with strong understanding of appointment scheduling to maximise the clinic performance and efficiencies
- Demonstrated financial acumen with ability to manage and meet budgets.
- Demonstrated leadership success in building strong teams and culture, with a focus on people development and succession planning.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to work with people at all levels.
- Exceptional attention-to-detail, organisational and planning skills
