**The Role**

The SBS Media sales team is driven by a culture of continuous improvement. We are looking for a Group Sales Manager due to an internal promotion to lead a high performing team to deliver business outcomes and implement SBS Media's sales strategy.

The position is a true cross platform sales leadership role, responsible for delivering business outcomes for our clients and revenue targets across our distinctive TV network and digital assets, including our market leading SBS On Demand platform.

**About you**
- Demonstrated capability as a highly constructive people leader who is passionate about team development and growth
- Solid experience working as a Senior Sales Executive or Group Sales Manager (or similar) within the media industry and sound line management experience.
- Strong established relationships with media agencies and record of consistent overachievement of sales targets
- Proven experience in leading and coaching teams to deliver results with a focus on innovation, partnership and collaboration
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to positively influence outcomes
- Experience in selling and implementing major event partnerships for clients a plus
