As we continue to expand, we seek a skilled and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to join our team (part-time).
As a Part-Time Human Resources Administrator, you will support our HR department and ensure the smooth operation of various HR functions. You will work closely with the HR team and assist in handling various administrative tasks. Your attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and ability to maintain confidentiality will be essential in this role.
**Responsibilities**:
Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including drafting job descriptions, posting job ads, reviewing resumes, conducting initial screenings, and coordinating interviews.
Maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Support the Executive Team that assists with the administration, implementing, and enforcing HR policies and procedures.
Manage employee documentation and contracts, ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
Support employee engagement initiatives, including organising events and activities.
Provide general administrative support to the Executive Team, such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing HR-related correspondence.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in an HR administrative role or similar position is preferred.
- Solid understanding of HR principles, policies, and procedures.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office Suite.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
- A proactive and team-oriented approach to work.
