**About the Role**:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with strong MYOB skills and speed typing abilities to join our team on a part-time basis. This role involves key administrative duties to support our operations, with a focus on invoice management and customer communication.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Prepare and manage invoices in MYOB
- Contact customers for invoice follow-ups and clarification
- Complete and send forms to customers, with necessary corrections and reviews
- Draft letters tailored to specific client situations
**Requirements**:
- Proficiency in MYOB
- Speed typing skills for efficient document processing
- Strong drafting skills and ability to compose professional communications
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $42,760.00 - $70,991.65 per year
Expected hours: 16 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
**Experience**:
- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Administration: 1 year (preferred)
