About the role
We currently have a vacancy within our HR Department for a full time Group Human Resources Administration Assistant.
To best support our stores, this is an on-site role located within our purpose-built Support Office in Summer Hill, Sydney. And, being a privately owned and family run company, you'll work in a 'hands on' and supportive office environment.
This is a role well suited to someone with an eye for detail and strong customer-service orientation, as we support our Team Members through key steps in their employment relationship with the Company. Someone who is a very good communicator, hardworking, well organised and would like to help us continue to evolve and grow our brands.
What will you do?
- Support the HR team with general administration duties.
- Employment contract generation for store-based Team Members.
- Perform reference checks and criminal history checks in a timely manner.
- Manage and process job requisitions and keep recruitment data up to date.
What skills and experience do you need?
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to multitask.
- Exceptional communication skills and professional telephone manner.
- Strong computer literacy with a minimum of intermediate MS Office Skills.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
- Must be self-motivated with an active 'hands on' approach and a 'can do' attitude.
- Previous HR administration experience would be advantageous.
- Highly organised, deadline driven and proactive.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- High level of professionalism and work ethic.
- Currently studying in HR or hold an HR qualification is desirable.
