About the Role:
We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Generalist to join us in a permanent full time capacity based out of Spring Hill, QLD (with flexible working arrangements).

If you are a HR enthusiast who enjoys providing end to end HR services and HR generalist advice on work cover, grievances, investigations and disciplinary matters we would love to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver a range of HR services to the division/business unit utilizing the support of the HR Services team
- Provide generalist advice to managers in the resolution of team issues including performance management, position descriptions, grievances, role changes and remuneration reviews
- Manage end to end processes within Workday whilst maintaining Workday Data integrity
- Provide award and legislation interpretation to mitigate risks to the business
- Generalist HR tasks as required

About you:

- Intermediate Business Partner experience
- A degree or qualification in Human Resources or a related field
- Working knowledge of Workday or other HRIS
- Strong digital literacy skills
