**What you’ll do**:

- Establish and manage the systems, processes and products to provide the Executive and Board, regular and succinct oversight of business performance outcomes.
- Provide comprehensive insights through analysis and deep dives on performance indicators and assemble diverse data and information to identify potential issues, risk and opportunities early.
- Coordinate performance reporting across the business to provide clear line of sight between high level performance outcomes and their associated operational drivers, through development and management of inter-related related Performance indicators.
- Provide advice to management on reporting under various ESG frameworks and standards to advice management on actions to be taken and to ensure that robust mechanisms are put in place to adhere to ESG reporting requirements adopted by the business and /or mandated by shareholders or legislation (including TCFD, ISSB and ASSB frameworks and standards).
- Streamline reporting activities across the business through a combination of technology and a strong partnering approach with business analyst and other report producers across the business to avoid duplication and improve efficiency.
- Ensure quality of corporate performance reporting and analysis is based on data that is robust, properly understood and accurately sourced.
- Identify and participate in relevant benchmarking** **to provide insight to performance and performance improvement opportunities.

**What we are looking for**:

- Bachelor degree in relevant field of business, economics, statistics or equivalent
- Current NSW Drivers Licence
- Working knowledge in reporting and data analytics tools and systems (e.g. Power BI, Zoho etc.)
- Understanding of Finance and accounting principles
- Understanding of contemporary reporting frameworks and metrics
- Demonstrated experience in identifying improvement opportunities through analysis of data from a range of sources and translating these into applied solutions.
- Proven capability in communicating ideas and themes and resulting in changed outcomes.
- Experience in working in cross-functional teams to develop common solutions and approaches.
