We are looking for a CRICOS RTO Compliance Manager.
Chambers School of Business is seeking an experienced Compliance Manager who will be legally responsible for all RTO operations.
**KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Provides leadership, advocates for the delivery of quality training within the VET Sector and approves all policies, procedures, and documents for RTO operations.
- Ensures that the RTO has adequate and effective governance arrangements for the management system to be responsive to the needs of clients, staff, and stakeholders, and the environment in which the RTO operates.
- Ensures that the RTO complies with the RTO Standards at all times and that all relevant staff is aware of their responsibilities within the RTO to meet compliance.
- Ensures that the RTO Manager as high managerial agent is vested with sufficient authority to manage the RTO including meeting regularly with the RTO Manager to keep informed of the RTO operations
- Signs the annual declaration on compliance and ensures submission by the due date.
- Ensures that there is systematic monitoring of training and assessment strategies and practices including evaluation outcomes that have informed improvement decisions.
- Ensures that a risk approach is developed that relates to succession planning in all areas of operation of the RTO.
- Ensures all VET student data is reported accurately and kept up to date for all students
- Ensures that the RTO collects and analyses quality indicators and submits the relevant reports

**Skills and Experience**
- A minimum of 2-3 years experience working in a Compliance position for an RTO is essential
- Experience participating in a recent ASQA audit with a compliant outcome
- Current extensive knowledge and understanding of the VET Quality Framework
- Understand all compliance requirements
- The ability to take timely action based on environmental factors
- Impeccable coordination and communication skills
- Be able to promote a culture in which employees work as a team
- The ability to identify opportunities even within difficult situations
**Campus Manager**
- Management of RTO scope of registration resources ensuring currency with accredited training reporting & auditing requirements.
- Ensure overall compliance of the RTO with all relevant external bodies - including contract requirements, quality assurance, accreditation, and legislative requirements.
- Manage risk through coordination of internal audits to ensure services are delivered in accordance with ASQA requirements, contractual obligations, and Campus risk management and quality frameworks.
- Identify opportunities to create new business opportunities within new and existing accounts, rolling out nonaccredited and accredited training courses.
- Review and continually improve the RTO activities, programs, and service delivery, ensuring that it remains current and underpins effective operations, and high levels of quality and service.
**Compliance Manager**
**Key responsibilities**
- Develop, manage and maintain system processes to measure, monitor, and ensure compliance with all relevant requirements of regulatory agencies (RTO and CRICOS)
- Maintain CRICOS/ RTO compliance to ASQA standards
- Manage and ensure trainers are compliant including planning and coordination of all Face-to-Face training programs across Australia
- Configure class schedules and timetabling
- Update and review all policies and procedures for implementation
- Assist with the document management for staff and students
- Action and address the training and compliance issues in consultation with management
- Review existing RTO systems and procedures
- Ensure RTO operations are efficient and effective
- Provide support for administrative staff
- Manage and maintain student management systems and the online platform
- Comply and review AVETMISS reporting requirements
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge on the VET sector and regulatory requirements
**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
