What you’ll do
We are looking for an ambitious and self-motivated Customer Relationship Executive to join our Enterprise Business Unit in APAC focusing on existing customers across Australia & New Zealand. The responsibilities of this role are to maintain and grow client relationships with existing customers. The right person for this role will have experience in customer service and account management and will be comfortable supporting and selling technical software products to companies in Mobility, Fleet, Logistics and SaaS markets.
- Proactively manage and expand sales to existing TomTom Customers and Prospects and meet personal goals.
- Review existing customer agreements and either renew or negotiate new contracts, pricing and terms.
- Achieve activity KPI’s - Time spent on inbound and outbound calls, number of contract renewals, management of prospects and opportunities.
- Work effectively with other members of the sales team, while maintaining independence.
- Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to influence and persuade to achieve desired outcomes.
- Outstanding time management and organizational skills, ability to work in a self-directed and fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, confident, tenacious and professional.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge and understanding of existing and developing technologies as it relates to Location while understanding and identifying opportunities for customers.
What you’ll need
- Australian PR/citizenship (or New Zealand citizenship) is a must.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Engineering or Computer Science.
- At least 2 years of sales experience in the technology industry, software and/or cloud products and services. Prior inside sales experience is a plus.
- Experience using a CRM system, preferably Salesforce.
- Outstanding organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects - passionate about technology adoption.
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to take initiative.
- Self-motivated, positive, driven and result-oriented.
