Job Type: Full-Time (38 hours week)
Salary: $75,000–$80,000 + Mobile Phone + Use of Company Fleet

You will be managing recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, compliance, performance reviews, and employee engagement while ensuring HR processes run smoothly and align with our company values. Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be part of a fast-paced company that focuses on:
- Managing the employee lifecycle, including seamless onboarding, off-boarding and internal movements, while ensuring data accuracy and compliance
- Maintain accurate employee records, policies, ensuring compliance and data integrity HRIS (Martian Logic will be highly regarded)
- Building and maintaining collaborative relationships across the business
- Actively identifying and contributing to ongoing process improvements
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and training sessions
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and legal requirements
- Assist with annual audits and performance review processes
- Contribute to key strategic projects (e.g., culture initiatives, leadership development actions, and capability uplift programs)
- Assist with workplace investigations and disciplinary processes, including minute-taking, documentation collation, and follow-up actions
About you:
- 3+ years' experience in a People Service, HR Administrator, or Coordinator role is preferred
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with staff across all levels of the business
- Curiosity and a growth mindset, a desire to learn, ask questions, and contribute ideas
- A positive, can do attitude and a collaborative spirit, willing to pitch in and support where needed, always with a team first approach
- The ability to manage competing priorities, work independently, and maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms
- You're comfortable navigating ambiguity and thriving in a fast-evolving environment
- A proactive mindset and a commitment to delivering quality service are paramount
- An understanding of the Fair Work Act, Awards, Employment relations and HR policies
- HR qualification (Certificate, Diploma, or Degree) preferred
- Full Australian working rights
