Administration Officer – Full Time
Thomastown, VIC

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administration Officer to join our vibrant and supportive team based in Thomastown. Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-level customer service to clients, technicians, and internal stakeholders

  • Provide administrative support across inbox management, inbound calls, goods receipting, and general office coordination

  • Maintain and support job scheduling and data accuracy in simPRO

  • Prepare weekly and monthly invoicing

  • Assist with accounts payable

  • Work collaboratively within a dynamic admin team to support field operations

About You

You will bring:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar administrative or customer service role

  • Previous experience working in an electrical, construction, or trade services environment (preferred)

  • Proficiency using simPRO (essential)

  • Strong communication skills – both written and verbal

  • High level of computer literacy including Microsoft Office and Outlook

  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to multitask under pressure

  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive, "can-do" approach
