The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organised and discreet Executive Assistant to provide professional support to our senior leadership team. This pivotal role ensures the smooth day-to-day running of executive operations, enabling our leaders to focus on strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Executive team, including calendar and inbox management.
  • Prepare agendas, coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Draft, proofread, and format correspondence, presentations, and reports.
  • Organise domestic and international travel, accommodation, and itineraries.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with absolute discretion.
  • Assist with board papers, stakeholder communications, and company events as required.

What You'll Bring

  • Demonstrated experience as an Executive Assistant or in a senior administrative role.
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
  • Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and an eye for detail.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
