Join the team at AFSystems' as a part-time Admin & Marketing Coordinator based in Thomastown, VIC. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for providing administrative and marketing support to ensure the smooth running of the business.

Role Overview:

We're seeking a dynamic and organised person to support our team. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives in a multifaceted environment, balancing administrative duties with creative marketing initiatives

What you'll be doing

  • Performing a variety of administrative tasks managing daily office operations, including correspondence, scheduling, and document preparation.

  • Assisting with the coordination of marketing activities, including social media posting, website updates, and email campaigns

  • Providing customer service support to both internal and external stakeholders

  • Maintain and organise digital and physical filing systems

  • Supporting the wider team with ad-hoc projects and duties as required

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in an administrative or coordinatory role, ideally within a business or marketing environment.

  • Previous experience with Inventory Management Systems

  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multi-task

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-focused approach

  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software

  • A team player with a positive and proactive attitude

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
