Office Administrator

We are a small Design Studio, located in the heart of Summer Hill, requiring an office admin.
Qualifications & experience
- 2-3 years admin in a similar role. Knowledge of how to read construction drawings.
- Experienced user of MS Word, Excell and Outlook. MYOB experience preferred but not a must.
- Extremely well organized and efficient with a positive attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Tasks & Responsibilities : Admin Duties to facilitate in the optimal/smooth functioning of the office:
- Preparation and maintenance of quotes, orders, invoices, spreadsheets, job files and RFI's
- Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers, external designers, external IT, in house bookkeeper + chase debtors
- Office reception _ Answering calls, meet and greet, filing, ordering stationary/supplies, petty cash, mail + office tidy
- Work closely with in house designers and directors + build client relationships
- General office duties
**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday

- Summer Hill, NSW 2130: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- High School (Year 12) (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Office administration: 2 years (required)
