About the role
We are looking for two motivated and detail-focused Group Human Resources Administration Assistants to support our dynamic HR team. You’ll help set up onboarding documents, assist with recruitment coordination, and provide day-to-day administrative support across the HR function. Full Time - 38 hours per week in Support Office.
Part Time - 15 to 18 hours per week (across 3 days each week) in Support Office.
What will you do?
- Generate and send onboarding paperwork, employment contracts, and position change agreements (full-time/part-time) to team members.
- Liaise with stores and Regional/ Area/ Cluster Managers to follow up on documents, contracts, and position details.
- Manage HR administrative tasks, including filing and scanning team member documents into online personnel files.
- Maintain accurate, confidential, and easily retrievable team member records.
- Assist with the coordination of Criminal History Checks and communicate results with stores.
- Support Visa Checks and ensure compliance with relevant requirements.
- Produce and distribute weekly and monthly recruitment reports.
What skills and experience do you need?
- A qualification in Human Resources or a related field (desirable).
- Proven experience in an administrative or HR support role (preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with various stakeholders.
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- High attention to detail and accuracy, particularly in document preparation.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
