Office Manager (Part-Time) – Join a Warm, Collaborative Legal Team
Are you a proactive, people-focused professional with a can-do attitude and a desire to make a difference? Hogg and Associates Lawyers is a boutique Family Law firm based in Summer Hill Village in Sydney's Inner West, and we're looking for an Office Manager to bring energy, organisation, and warmth to our team.
We specialise in supporting clients through some of life's most difficult moments - the breakdown of a relationship - and we do so with care, compassion, and professionalism. You'll be a key part of that mission.
This is a part-time, in-office role – ideally 4 days per week, with flexibility for the right candidate. If you're returning to the workforce or looking for a role that balances professional challenge with life outside of work, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Managing the office diary and general front-desk duties
- Being the friendly, first point of contact for our clients – both in person and over the phone
- Supporting our social media and marketing efforts
- Assisting with preparation of client accounts (training provided)
We're Looking for Someone With:
- A can-do attitude and willingness to take initiative
- A warm, approachable personality and professional demeanour
- Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to help wherever needed
- Experience in an administrative or professional office setting (advantageous, but not essential)
