The Love Tilly Group is looking for a talented Marketing Manager with a passion for great food and wine to oversee the company's communications, PR, branding and marketing for our existing and new upcoming venues.

Love Tilly Group is a hospitality group with a focus on great service, food and wine. Our wine

list focuses on wines made with the greatest consideration for quality in the vineyard and a

skilled and gentle hand in the cellar. We showcase wines from around the world, from the

beloved regions of Australia, to the incomparable sites of Europe and beyond.

THE ROLE

As the Marketing Manager for the Love Tilly Group, and as a key member of the Love Tilly

Group Support team, you will be responsible for the company’s internal and external

communications, including customer relationship management, the disseminating of key

messages to staff via a range of channels, and media and public relations; as well as the

company’s brand and marketing, which will involve assisting in the creation of brand strategies

for new and existing venues, management of social media and websites, and overseeing

collaborations, partnerships and events.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

BRAND
- Creating and implementing brand strategies in collaboration with key stakeholders for

new and existing venues
- Maintaining a consistent brand in terms of imagery, tone, copy and design for all

venues across multiple platforms, including social media and websites

MARKETING
- Developing and implementing a monthly content calendar for social media and EDMs
- Managing and producing shoots, including planning, styling and assisting

photographers and videographers
- Maintaining and creating new relationships with key publications
- Writing timely media releases to promote new venues, events and offerings

COMMUNICATIONS (Internal and External)
- Liaising with restaurant staff to proactively communicate changes in menus, operating

hours, holiday hours and closures to customers via social media and the websites
- Ensuring appropriate comms are upheld to the Love Tilly Group brand standards between restaurant staff and external stakeholders.

THE CANDIDATE
- Preferably will have experience in the hospitality industry and sound knowledge of the Australian food and wine industry.
- Detail oriented and have good copywriting and editing skills
- Organised and have the ability to multi task
- Self motivated and able to work independently
- Will have at least two years experience in a similar role

Although this is a Monday to Friday job, flexibility is required with work hours and location of work to meet the requirements of the

position from time to time.
