We are a premium lighting distributor dedicated to bringing exceptional illumination solutions to discerning customers. We're seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to drive our brand's growth across multiple digital channels and elevate our market presence.

**Content Creation & Marketing**
- Execute weekly and monthly marketing plans with consistent content publishing
- Monitor industry trends to identify new content opportunities and distribution channels
- Focus on optimising 15 target keywords monthly for enhanced SEO performance on the top of the SEO performed by a third party agency

**Analytics & Performance Management**
- Utilise SEMrush, and HubSpot to track and analyse marketing performance across all channels
- Analyse sales and marketing data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Provide monthly reporting and strategic planning recommendations
- Optimise user interface and mobile interface - UX based on data insights and customer feedback

**Partnership & Collaboration**
- Build and maintain backlinks through strategic collaborations with industry professionals and designers
- Collaborate with our external marketing agency on Meta creative development and SEO
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, new products) and external partners (designers, influencers)

**E-commerce & Platform Management**
- Assist with e-commerce platform management, ensuring optimal functionality and implementing improvements
- Create and manage product listings on the website (collaborate weather necessary with external and remote assistance)
- Foster customer engagement and loyalty through website optimisation and strategic promotions

**Digital Marketing & Automation**
- Develop and manage newsletter campaigns and marketing automations via Hubspot
- Execute / having knowledge on SEM strategies across Google Advertising, Meta, and Pinterest platforms

**Team Leadership**
- Manage external assistant (marketing agency and content creator assistance)
- Provide guidance and direction to ensure team alignment with marketing objectives

**Required Skills & QualificationsExperience & Expertise**
- **Minimum 5+ years** in a similar marketing management position
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data **and make strategic decisions**:

- Proven track record in digital marketing across multiple channels

**Technical Proficiencies**
- **Adobe Creative Cloud** - Advanced proficiency required
- **Shopify** - E-commerce platform management and optimisation
- **HubSpot Marketing Hub** - Campaign management and automation
- **SEO** - Keyword research, optimisation, and ranking strategies
- **SEM** - Google Ads, Meta Advertising, Pinterest Ads management and optimisation

**Additional Requirements**
- Experience managing marketing assistant and external contractors
- Strong project management skills with ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
