**Our Programme**
A unique opportunity to join the largest independent global B2B marketing agency on a specially crafted scheme where you will experience first hand what it takes to be successful in the exciting world of marketing. This hands on role will allow you to experience a variety of work within the fast paced marketing agency environment, helping you get to the top of your game in your career. And that’s no empty promise. We are proud that three members of our board joined us on a similar scheme, as well as many others who are now in leading roles at TMP and in the marketing industry. The scheme will involve:

- 12 month programme rolling into a permanent role
- Exposure to the variety of roles within an agency, including project & account management, data & analytics, strategy & research, inside sales, creative, and digital
- Internal and external training courses
- Industry and social events
- Senior leader mentorship
- Part of the next generation cohort community

**Requirements**:

- No work experience is required for this role - the role could be suitable for a recent graduate or someone looking for a career change
- A passion for pursuing a career in marketing
- Enthuiastic attitude, and a desire to learn and be challenged
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- A collaborative team player with strong stakeholder management skills
- Pragmatic, with a logical approach to work and a very high attention to detail
- A positive approach and ‘can-do’ attitude, and hungry to learn
