Email Marketing Specialist
to join the team.

This role is perfect for someone who loves the mechanics of lifecycle marketing - who understands how to use email and SMS to turn one-time buyers into loyal customers. You'll be working across some of the most exciting brands in beauty, fashion, wellness and lifestyle, shaping retention strategies that
actually move the needle
.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Owning strategy and execution of email and SMS marketing for a portfolio of eComm brands
  • Building flows, campaigns, and segmentations that drive conversion, retention, and LTV
  • Analysing campaign performance (open rates, CTRs, CVRs, unsubscribes, revenue per send) and using data to iterate and optimise
  • Developing testing plans for subject lines, creative, timing, and targeting
  • Collaborating with performance marketers, designers, and account managers to bring campaigns to life
  • Staying on top of platform updates (Klaviyo, etc.) and industry trends
  • Working closely with our performance and creative teams to build full-funnel strategies

Who We're Looking For

You're someone who gets excited by building smart, strategic comms that drive real revenue. You understand the commercial side of retention, and you know how to turn data into direction.

You're someone who:

  • Has 2+ years of experience in email marketing or lifecycle strategy (ideally in eComm)
  • Knows Klaviyo like the back of your hand (Postscript or similar SMS tools a bonus)
  • Is confident building flows, testing logic, and interpreting campaign performance
  • Has strong written instincts – you don't need to write the copy, but you know what good looks like
  • Understands how email fits into the broader paid and owned strategy
  • Is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in high-performance environments
  • Wants to be close to the work, the brands, and the results
