Full Job Description

A very exciting role for someone to join a health company working alongside their Payroll Manager. Their office is growing and are looking for someone to join a well established team with enthusiasm and willingness to get the job done.

About the role:
We are looking for a person to help with the daily activities in a payroll position & will carry a wide range of responsibilities including;
- End to end payroll of fortnightly timesheets
- Onboard new hires & terminations
- Assist with interpretation of awards to compliance obligations
- Provide information to employees on requests to payroll & leave
- Perform regular filing maintenance of payroll related information

This role will see you play an integral part in the team as you will be the first point of contact for all payroll support. In addition, you will be working closely with the team to support them.

**Experience**:

- Demonstrated experience in end to end payroll
- Intermediate excel & MS word
- Customer centric approach with the ability to take on responsibility
- Effective communication (both verbal and written)
- Strong attention to detail and process oriented

This role is located in Preston, street parking available and opposite the train station,very accessible to commute. The role is a 12 month fixed term contract
