Our Payroll team is looking for a driven and motivated HR Operations Officer to join our growing team located at our Head Office in Preston.

**About the role**:
**Role Responsibilities**:

- Process variation request, terminations and cross boarding requests through our internal SAP Success Factors HCM system.
- Coordinate documentation and follow up as required ensuring all activities are closed out in full.
- Provide guidance and advice to managers on using our internal HCM system.
- Facilitate the Parental Leave Program in accordance with company policy and procedure.
- Draft and issue all required parental leave documentation.
- Process parental leave payments to payroll.
- Answer the HR Operations phone line in a timely manner.

**About you**:

- Tertiary qualification or relevant working experience in P&C or equivalent is ideal.
- Good working knowledge of National Employment Standards and Modern Awards.
- Good general IT and computer skills.
- A preparedness to take the initiative and a strong desire to achieve results.
- A good lateral thinker.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good relationship management.
- Highly organised and with an ability to prioritise and multitask.
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment.
