This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, aspiring and solutions focused Customer Service Officer to join our ever growing and well-loved family business. Your responsibilities in this role, include but are not limited to:
**Responsibilities**:

- Administration duties as required- Follow a range of procedures to ensure all work is carried out to required quality standards and ensure adherence to external regulatory requirements and internal standard operating procedures- Meet set targets and key performance indicators- Provide a superior level of customer service to customers by responding to, and resolving, customer queries- Provide resolution for general enquiries, on-line orders, product and service-
**Skills**:

- A confident and professional telephone manner- A values-driven approach to work- Empathy and respect- Experience working within customer service, in a contact centre environment (ideally backed up with experience working in an operations, administration or data entry environment)- Fluency in spoken and written English language- High level verbal and written communication skills- Proven experience using technology, such as a personal computer, workplace systems and different software packages
