**THE COMPANY**

Our client is a 50-year-old, family owned company in the pipework, industrial and hydraulic hose markets. This company pride itself on the rigorous testing that its products undergo, that exceeds international regulations.

**THE POSITION**

This is an internal sales and customer service role where you will be responsible for the upkeep of clients and growing the business received from them.

For this role you will be required to perform the following tasks:

- Assist customers with product selection and technical support
- Prepare and process sales documents and quotations
- Provide vital support to the external sales team
- Provide support to the warehouse e.g. stocktake, pick & pack etc.
- Provide excellent customer service

**THE BENEFITS**
- A base salary of up to $60k PA + Superannuation
- Twice yearly bonuses

**THE CANDIDATE**

To be a success in this role you will require a background in working in internal sales and customer service within any engineering, mechanical or industrial company, also strong communication skills and computer literacy are must haves.

Other desirable attributes that would be looked upon favourably are:

- Exposure to hydraulic hose and fittings
- Trade qualification or tertiary education certificate

Above all we are looking for someone whose customer service qualities shine through and someone that has the ability to perform multiple different tasks throughout the day.
